Dry saturated
steam is capable of eliminating traces of oil, grease, dust
and metal particles from all types of surfaces.
The steam’s
gaseous form poses no risk of damage to all types of
machinery including electrical systems, robots, sensors,
floors, walls and conveyor belt systems; all can be cleaned
safely and returned to immediate service. |

Our
Technicians carry out steam cleaning services in
compliance with the Clients’ HACCP responsibilities. We
understand that prevention of food contamination by
microbes or chemicals is important, dry saturated
steam is capable of cleaning and sanitising food
processing equipment while producing minimal water and
chemical wastes.

The steam
generating equipment can be mobile capable of generating
its own steam (see Industrial Steam Cleaning
Equipment) or fixed steam units can be wall or
ceiling mounted and fed by an external boiler or, if
available, by your own steam supply.

The
Dry
Steam Sanitising
removes surface contaminants (bacteria,
chemical and uric acids) without degrading the surface.
Very
fine dry steam particles penetrate the pores of the treated
surface.
This proven process thoroughly removes
contaminants plus leaves the surface free of chemical
residue.
Visually superior results are achieved with dry
steam. |
